Hajiya Aisha M. A. Abubakar Esq, former First Lady of Bauchi State has caledl upon all the women of the State to continue supporting and praying for “our beloved First Lady, Hajiya (Dr.) Aishatu Lami Bala Mohammed.”
The call is coming on the occasion of the 2025 Holy Month of Ramadan and the Upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr Sallah Celebrations as contained in a statement She personally signed and made available to Journalists in Bauchi on Thursday.
The statement contains,”Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. As we approach the blessed end of Ramadan, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Almighty Allah (SWT) for granting us the opportunity to witness and partake in this sacred month of fasting, prayer, and spiritual renewal.”
The former First Lady wrote that, “Ramadan is a time for self-purification, reflection, and deep devotion to our Creator. It is a period that reminds us of the values of patience, generosity, and compassion, as exemplified in the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).”
“I fervently pray that Allah (SWT) accepts our ibadah (acts of worship), forgives our shortcomings, and blesses our homes, families, and the entire people of Bauchi State with peace, unity, and prosperity. May He continue to guide us on the path of righteousness and grant us the strength to uphold the values of Islam in our daily lives,” She prayed.
She stressed that,”In the spirit of sisterhood and solidarity, I call on all women in the State to continue to support and pray for the First Lady, Aisha Bala Mohammed.”
According to her, “Leadership is a trust, and it is our collective responsibility to stand together in unity, offering our prayers and unwavering support for her as she continues to serve the state with dedication and commitment. May Allah (SWT) grant her wisdom, strength, and success in all her endeavors.”
Aisha MA Abubakar added that,”As we prepare to celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, I extend my warmest wishes to the people of Bauchi State. May this Eid bring happiness, blessings, and renewed hope to every household.”
“Let us celebrate with gratitude, extend kindness to the less privileged, and continue fostering peace and harmony in our communities.Eid Mubarak! May Allah bless us all and keep Bauchi State prosperous and united,” She added.
