Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has hailed the reappointment of Malam Mohammed Kabeer Usman (Kukandaka) as the Federal Commissioner representing Gombe State in the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC).
Reacting to the development, Governor Inuwa Yahaya described Kukandaka as a “perfect fit”, expressing confidence in his ability to utilize his extensive experience and deep understanding of governance and fiscal matters to contribute to the development of RMAFC.
“Malam Kabeer Kukandaka has always demonstrated commitment to the development and well-being of Gombe State and its people. His previous roles have equipped him with the necessary skills and insights on issues around revenue mobilization and allocation”.
The Governor noted that his reappointment is a demonstration of the trust placed in him by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, expressing confidence that Kukandaka will continue to serve with distinction and bring substantial benefits to Gombe state and Nigeria at large.
He reassured the reappointed Federal Commissioner of the support and solidarity of the government and people of Gombe State in the new task ahead.
Malam Kabeer Usman Kukandaka, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), is highly regarded for his vast administrative experience and astute political acumen.
He had previously served in various capacities, including local government chairman, commissioner, and chief of staff to Governor Inuwa Yahaya, where he exhibited remarkable leadership and strong commitment to service as contained in a statement by Ismaila Uba Misilli, Director-General, (Press Affairs), Government House, Gombe.
