Rep Manu Soro provides solarize water scheme to College

Member of the House of Representatives representing Darazo-Ganjuwa Federal Constituency of Bauchi State, Hon Mansur Manu Soro has provided a solar – powered water scheme of 1,000 meters reticulation to the proposed Darazo-Ganjuwa College, Soro.
The water scheme is the sixth of its type that have been provided through the Mansur Manu Soro Foundation, thus far to the constituents in Darazo-Ganjuwa federal constituency.
Speaking on Sunday, when he paid an inspection visit to the site of the project, Manu Soro said that, other water projects included; Darazo near motor park, Soro – bayan tashan buhu, Miya, Unguwan Wudilawa, Sade unguwan Ashiru and Tashan Gabi Soro (75 percent completion – ongoing)
According to him, “We remain fully committed, despite the daunting challenges, to providing a minimum of 30 similar water projects – at least 1 in each of the 22 federal wards – by June 2027, Insha Allah.”
He assured that, “To ensure the sustainability of these important projects, we have founded the Darazo-Ganjuwa Water Management Initiative and facilitated the training of indigenous youths as water engineers, solar technicians, masons and plumbers for the adequate maintenance of the various components of the water project whenever the need arises.”
He Federal Lawmaker added that, “The 8th and 9th phases of the water projects will be sited at Darazo Central and Ganjuwa West parts of the constituency while the 7th will be continuation of Sabon Kaura – Titin Fada Soro, facing acute water deficits.”
He further assured that, “We will work closely with stakeholders in the water sector of Ganjuwa and Darazo LGAs to achieve our objectives within the projected time frame.”
Manu Soro concluded saying, “Our profound gratitude, as always, goes to His Excellency, Sen. Bala A. Mohammed (Kauran Bauchi) for providing us with the enabling environment to intervene in critical sectors of the economy of Darazo-Ganjuwa federal constituency.
