It is also to address myriad of problems bedevilling the Tsangaya school as well as improving the wellbeing of Almajiri.
It stated that Lawal Jafaru Isa is an astute educationist and administrator with proven track record in his career as well as the Military Administrator of Kaduna State.
The Association expressed confidence that his appoinment could be ascribed as “best decision” taken by President Tinubu to holistically bring sustainable development in the Qur’anic teaching and learning, welfare of Alarammomi (teachers), and ensure access to quality education for Almajiri and out-of-school children.
“While congratulating the new leadership, I urged them to run an open door policy and engage Tsangaya organisations to fast track successful implementation of the programme to facilitate sustainable development in the sector,” The release further contained.
