Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON has hailed the promotion and appointment of an illustrious son of the State, CP Dankombo Morris Fallings, Psc(+), as the new Commissioner of Police, Adamawa State Police Command.
In a congratulatory message, Governor Inuwa Yahaya, described CP Fallings as a shining example of dedication, passion, versatility, and experience in law enforcement and community policing.
He applauded the outstanding career of the new Adamawa CP spanning over three decades, which he noted, reflects a remarkable track record of excellence and integrity.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya recalled CP Fallings’ impressive career trajectory and the various roles he performed in the NPF, expressing immense pride in his accomplishments and ability to lead the policing affairs in Adamawa State with integrity and courage.
“The people of Gombe State take immense pride in your achievements and we are confident in your ability to lead and oversee the policing affairs in Adamawa State with integrity and courage. Your vast experience, coupled with your tactical leadership training both within and outside the country, equip you well for this critical role”, the Governor remarked.
He assured him of the support and solidarity of the government and people of Gombe State as he undertakes this crucial responsibility.
CP Dankombo Morris Fallings who hails from Kaltungo Local Government Area of Gombe State, enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force in 1992 as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police, and rose through the ranks to the current position, attending numerous tactical leadership courses both within and outside the country as contained in a statement by Ismaila Uba Misilli, Director-General, (Press Affairs), Government House, Gombe.
