Chairman, Management Committee of Bauchi State owned Wikki Tourists FC, Mohammed Auwal Gotel has charged the players to continue with the level of commitment and resilience so far exhibited in the Federation Cup.
The Chairman expressed optimism that with such, it is possible for the team to lift the 2024 Federation Cup even as he commend their wonderful performance in their first match against Junior Danburam of Daura in Kaduna.
Mohammed Gotel who addressed the players after the match at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium Kaduna, urged them to focus more attention on the President’s Fedaleration Cup expressing hope that there’s light at the end of the tunnel.
According to him, “The target is winning the trophy and as the Principal Actors you always are, we count on your determination, Commitment and Focus while we do everything possible as Management to support you.”
Wikki Tourists won its first game in the 2024 Federation Cup round of 64 by 5-0 against Junior Danburam of Daura and have now qualified to the round of 32.
